Consent to the Processing of Personal Data for the Purpose of Goods Purchase

 

 

1. The Controller and Legal Basis

 

You hereby grant Autoškola MeGo, s.r.o., with its registered office at Palackého třída 924/105, ID No. 23497297, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Regional Court in Brno under file mark C 146219/KSBR, (hereinafter referred to as the "Controller"), your consent, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation"), to process the following personal data:

 

 

  • First name and surname;

  • Email address;

  • Telephone number;

  • Residential address.

 

2. Purpose of Processing

 

Your first name, surname, email address, telephone number, and residential address will be processed for the following purposes: a. For inclusion in the database for sending online commercial communications. b. For inclusion in the database for sending printed commercial communications and offer catalogs. c. For the establishment and administration of your user account. d. For the marketing processing of your purchasing preferences. e. For the personalization (i.e., tailoring) of commercial offers or campaigns.

 

3. Processing Period

 

You grant this consent for a processing period of 2 years for the purposes of: a. Sending commercial communications, unless you extend this period. b. Inclusion in the database for sending printed commercial communications and offer catalogs, unless you extend this period. c. Establishment and administration of your user account, unless you extend this period. d. Marketing processing of your purchasing preferences, unless you extend this period. e. Personalization (i.e., tailoring) of commercial offers or campaigns, unless you extend this period.

 

4. Processors

 

The processing of personal data is carried out by the Data Controller; however, the following Processors may also process the personal data: a. Any other providers of processing software, services, and applications, which the company currently does not use.

 

5. Data Transfer

 

Personal data will not be transferred outside the territory of the EU.

 

6. Withdrawal of Consent

 

This consent to processing may be withdrawn at any time, for example by adjusting your privacy preferences in the website footer, by sending a letter, an email, or by clicking on the unsubscribe link in a commercial communication.

 

7. Data Subject Rights

 

Please note that, under the Regulation, you have the right to:

  • Withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time. Please note that withdrawal of consent will result in the non-deliverability of your order if performed before the order is delivered. (Note on the legal drafting: It is important to ensure that the processing for the actual execution/delivery of the order is based on the legal basis of 'Performance of a Contract' (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), not on this consent, to avoid the order becoming undeliverable upon withdrawal of consent for marketing/account purposes.)

  • Request information from the Controller regarding which of your personal data is being processed.

  • Request access from the Controller to your processed personal data and to request a copy thereof.

  • Data portability for personal data processed by automated means.

  • Have your processed personal data updated or corrected, or to request restriction of their processing.

  • Request the erasure of your personal data from the company, unless the personal data is data that the Controller is obliged or entitled to continue processing pursuant to relevant legal regulations.

  • Effective judicial remedy if you believe that your rights under the Regulation have been infringed as a result of the processing of your personal data in contravention of the Regulation.

  • In case of doubt concerning the compliance with obligations related to personal data processing, to contact the Controller or the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů).
